If you are in Turin, you shouldn't miss a visit at the Egyptian Museum!
One of the flagships of the city and entire Italy, the Museo Egizio is the richest  in artifacts dedicated to Egyptian age in the World, after the Cairo's Museum. The 60,000 square meters and 4 floors of exposure, with over 36,000 exhibits on display, make it a bit difficult to visit this splendid museum on your own. This is why you should choice this tour!
Led by an expert guide you will spend 2 hours between mummies, sarcophagi, hieroglyphs and Papyrus. A plunge in the fascinating past of Egyptian Era, learning about the Gods, the lifestyle and the Genius of the men who built the pyramids.
Among the archaeological finds you will see the intact tomb of Kha and Merit; "the Royal List", which contains the name of all the pharaohs, and a sphinx!
Small group tours are the best way to save money without giving up on the quality of a private tour!

The Museo Egizio of Turin is a flagship for entire Italy. It's the eighth museum most visited of the Peninsula and it has been rewarded by TripAdvisor as the most appreciated museum in Italy and the fourteenth in entire World!
If you are in town, it would be a shame lose the opportunity to visit this gem. The ancient museum in the world completely dedicate to Egyptian Era and second in importance only to the Cairo's one!
Meet your guide at the entrance of the Egyptian Museum and begin this guided tour aimed at the highlights of this immense building.
In small groups of at least 15 people, your guide will tell you about the cult of Gods in Ancient Egypt Era and you will see the statues of the goddesses Isis and Sekhmet and that of Ramesses II, the most important pharaoh.
Ramesses II decided to create the first list of all the emperors of Egypt, now preserved in this museum. The "Turin King List" is the most extensive list available of pharaohs compiled by the ancient Egyptians and is the basis for most chronology before the reign of Ramesses II.
Among the thousands of artefacts you can find here, definitely the sphinx is the most iconic, if you think of Ancient Egypt.
Sphinxes in Egyptian mythology were built near the pyramids as protective symbols, to wish a serene life in the afterlife to the pharaohs. They usually have a canine body (or a lion) and  human male heads that are believed to represent the pharaohs they were supposed to protect.
Particularly interesting is the tomb of Kha and Merit, their love story resists time and it's fascinating. It seems that Merit, wife of Kha, died first and her husband, as an extreme gesture of love, gave her the sarcophagus he had prepared for himself.
As promised, in 2 hours you have seen the most important artefacts and papyrus of the Museum, learned about the Ancient Egypt and didn't get lost in this enormous museum!
